Writing Workshop at National Museum of Flight

Saturday 9th March 2024

Saturday 9th March 2024
Writing Workshop
National Museum of Flight, East Fortune, East Lothian
10.30am – 3.30pm

Join us for a wonderful day of history, exploration and creativity. Supported by author Eleanor Thom, and the wonderful staff and volunteers from the National Museum of Flight, we will spend two hours in the morning exploring the exhibits and hearing about the history and stories behind them. In the afternoon we can let our imaginations fly – poetry, prose, creative non-fiction, haiku…
Then later this year our writing will be shared with 180 pupils from schools in Midlothian and East Lothian who will also have the opportunity to visit the Museum of Flight, and to work with Eleanor Thom to stimulate their own creativity.
FREE for current members of Tyne and Esk Writers
£25 for others (includes one year membership of any Tyne and Esk Writers group)

Please contact yvonne.dalziel@btinternet.com if you wish to attend.
